You will receive one-on-one interaction via telephone with your designer for design and custom e-commerce design projects.

Do you work with Macromedia Flash(TM)?
Yes. We offer Flash animation on a case by case basis.

How can I view my web site design as it is in progress?
We can put your web site design in a directory on our web server so you can view the final product before it goes live. Or we can put the web site on your server. Whichever you prefer.

How do I get my website listed on search engines, especially Google?
Modern search engines like to find your site naturally, through links to your site from other sites. Google especially relies on your incoming links to determine your popularity and relevance. We'll submit your site to major search engines for free as part of the project.

What domain name should I choose?
This depends on how you are going to use it. If you are going to be telling people over the phone, choose one that is easy to say and spell out loud. Above all, I would choose one that is memorable and not confusing.

What is your payment plan for web site design?
Initial cost before starting a project is 30% of the total project cost. Once this has been received we'll register any domain names, setup hosting and develope the site. The remaining development cost is due after you are happy with the project and before go live of the site.

What payment types do you accept?
Current we accept PayPal (visa, mastercard, solo, switch online), cheque, postal order and bank transfer.

Who owns the copyright on the design?
Once payment has been made in full, your business owns the copyright.

Will you do domain name registration?
Yes, if you would like domain name registration as a part of your design contract, we will be happy to do that for you.
